my realtor will be meeting with the buyer's realtor. The buyers' called their realtor yesterday afternoon and said "Bring out the papers because we want to make a written offer now..." She claims that is all she knows. (yeah right...) C is meeting with their realtor at 9 am... and then he will contact me. I just pray that this is THE right buyer...
